The Challenge.

A landmark experience centre was being planned.

The architecture was ambitious. The investment was significant. But, the experience did not yet exist.

The challenge was not design. It was defining what the space would do and how it would make people feel.

With a highly complex audience, from government leaders to students the challenge was clear:

Create a visually impressive space that delivers a meaningful, eductaional but memorable experience.

The brief was to:

Define the full visitor journey before design decisions were made  ✓

Ensure the experience worked across multiple audience types ✓

Translate brand values into something people could feel  ✓

Build a critical brand and reputational asset.

Buildings can create bigger impact, with intentionally designed journeys

03

Multi-audience environments require unified narrative design

04

Early-stage strategic input has the highest commercial value
